Aadaab Guruji, does the speed of the vilambit depends on the raag you have chosen to perform. For example Todi, Bilawal, Yaman, Jhinjhoti, Darbari etc.

If we consider Vilambit Gat, then the player will have to regulate the pace according
to his capability to play fast taans.
If we consider pace of Alap, then it would have to suit the mood of the raag. Even the
total length of Alap could change depending on the capabilities of the player
